Its beginning to look a lot like Christmas...

This morning we woke up to snow, finally! We've been "promised" snow several times, but the weather man finally delivered:) It melted quickly, but it was fun for a little while.

Saturday we went to Palisade for their Olde Fashion Christmas. Palisade is on the eastern side of the Grand Valley, near the Mesa. We had a lot of fun and Alina didn't want to leave. Here she is by the pink car, it was her favorite.
Home Depot set up a free kids craft area. Alina made a beautiful pink picture frame. Nate just enjoyed the sights and ate some peas:)
Santa was on the other side of the craft area and Alina got to talk to him about what she wants for Christmas this year (a bug with ear's that talks, a.k.a. a Fijit and this was without ever even seeing a commercial).
Nathanael gets to meet Santa Claus also. He thought he was pretty neat!

There was also a free bounce house. This was the best "festival" we've been to so far this year as far as kid stuff. Everything was free! Can't beat that.

That night we went to our friends house for an ugly Christmas sweater party. Thanks to Taneil for the sweaters, I mean we even match, pretty good huh?
Jake was creative enough to make his own!
Kate's is pretty awesome too, it has shoulder pads:)
We are having a lot of fun gearing up for Christmas!

  1. I love Alina and Nate's Christmas clothes! You and Justin look pretty swell too in your matching tree sweaters :)
