Alina's 5th Birthday

Last week Alina turned 5 years old!  I can't believe how time flies and what a sweet little girl we have.  She really cares about others, including her little brother, and loves to dance and create things. 

On Saturday we had a birthday party at the gymnastics place she went to this summer with a few of her little girl friends.  It was a great party!  Almost all the girls were able to come and they had so much fun.  I loved how Megan, the girl in charge, quickly learned the girls names and kept them engaged the whole time.  They loved running, tumbling, jumping and most of all swinging in the "hammocks." Even the adults who hung around had some fun on the aerial aerobics/hammock things:)  We enjoyed snacks and cake, but the girls were eager to get back to playing in the gym.  It was such a great experience and everyone was well worn out afterwards, including Nate who ran around with the girls and had a ton of fun!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

At the end the other guy there (can't remember his name, but he was also great with the kids) lined up all the kids and did a flip over them.  They thought it was great!

 

 

I got a little crafty with the favors and cake and was very pleased with how they turned out.  The girls each got a water bottle, head band and ribbon wand to dance around with.
