Hanging out with friends

Last weekend we got to hang out with some of our friends.  On Friday night we had friends come over to make sushi and play games (once the kids went down).  So we thought it might be fun to give the little ones a chance at a sleepover, well if you know anything about toddlers, you can imagine how well that went:)

We started out by putting Natalie in her sleeping bag and Alina in hers on the floor, and leaving Nate in his bed.  It sort of worked for a few minutes but they kept distracting each other.  Then we put Alina in her bed (she really doesn't care for change much) and thought that would help.  Well, apparently Nate and Natalie kept talking, which was really bothering Alina, so we moved Natalie to our bed.  Her little brother Ethan was in the room in the pack and play already.  That actually worked and it was fun to pretend that they would have a sleepover:)))

On Saturday night we got to babysit Noah, more affectionately known as "Noah-ark." Everyone had fun holding and cuddling with baby Noah, and we were glad Jake and Nikki got to have a peaceful dinner by themselves!
