A "V"ery Fun Week

The week before spring break we got to have Bella and Brody for 3 days, which allowed us to do a lot of fun activities for the letter V and in anticipation of Easter. Here is a recap of our fun activities:

 

We filled a basket with 20 Easter stickers

Planted a veggie garden

 

Made papier maché vases

 

 

We read the Easter story from the Jesus Storybook Bible (which is wonderful by the way!) and made "stained-glass" crosses to remind us of what Jesus did for us

 

We also made hand-print Easter Lilies for our vases

And then we turned our vases into volcanos! This was sooo much fun for the kids!

Aren't they just adorable?

 

And for my Romanian readers how about this "vagabond"? (I realize its a cognate in English, but it just has a certain connotation in Romanian that fits this picture perfectly and its not really the same in English.  Dad, I think you will especially appreciate this one:)
